These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the affiliate program operated by Exotics Honey LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering as an affiliate or participating in the Affiliate Program in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Affiliate Enrollment
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
2. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that these links are used properly.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly tracked commissions due to technical issues, browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or improper link usage.
3. Commissions
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on all qualified purchases made through their affiliate links.
Commissions are awarded only for legitimate, completed, and verified transactions. Commissions will not be paid for:
- Self-referrals
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity
- Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back
- Transactions that violate these Terms or applicable laws
We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or revoke commissions obtained through prohibited or suspicious methods.
4. Payment Terms
- Affiliate commissions are paid once per month.
- Payments are issued on the 5th day of each month for commissions earned during the previous calendar month.
- Affiliate accounts must be in good standing at the time of payout.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
- We are not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party payment processors or incorrect payout details.
Any commissions pending due to refunds, disputes, verification, or review will roll over to the next payment cycle.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote our products using lawful and ethical marketing methods, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam, false advertising, or misleading claims
- Impersonate the Company or misrepresent their relationship with us
- Use unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions
- Engage in illegal, abusive, offensive, or harmful marketing practices
6. Medical & Health Claims Disclaimer
Affiliates may not present, advertise, or promote any Company products as medical substances, medical treatments, or cures for any disease, condition, or health issue.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Claiming that products can heal, cure, diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness or medical condition
- Making medical, therapeutic, or pharmaceutical claims
- Comparing products to prescription drugs or medical treatments
- Providing medical advice or health guarantees
All product descriptions and promotions must comply with applicable health, advertising, and consumer protection laws.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use approved Company logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of [Your Website Name].
8. Compliance With Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure requirements.
Affiliates are responsible for clearly and conspicuously disclosing their affiliate relationship wherever required by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
Upon termination:
- All affiliate links will be deactivated
- Any unpaid commissions earned through violations of this Agreement will be forfeited
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or tracking failures.
11. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their participation in the Affiliate Program or violation of this Agreement.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
